With weekend number two in the books Ozaukee CrossFit athletes again represented well. This week was a burner which immediately went into a one-rep max lift. Squats and burpees, who could ask for more? Thank you to coaches and judges for continuing to make these events exceptional.

The 18.2 couplet workout consisted of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:

  • Dumbbell squats
  • Bar-facing burpees
  • Men 50lb. dumbbells & Women 35lb. dumbbells
